No! SectionAI is designed for everyone—no coding skills required. Just upload an image or describe what you need, and our AI will handle the rest.
2. How does SectionAI work?
You provide a screenshot, a design mockup, or even a hand-drawn sketch. Then describe the layout you want in plain language.
SectionAI uses artificial intelligence to generate a fully functional Shopify section that can be used right away in your Theme Editor.
3. Will using SectionAI slow down my website?
Not at all. All sections generated by SectionAI follow Shopify's performance best practices. They’re clean, lightweight, and optimized for speed.
4. Can I edit the section after it's created?
Yes. Once the section is added to your Shopify theme, you can customize it further directly inside the Shopify Theme Editor—just like any native section.
5. Can I refine a section multiple times?
Absolutely. You can refine your section as many times as you like. Each refinement will consume a certain number of tokens depending on the complexity.
6. What is a token, and how many do I get?
Tokens are the units you use when generating or refining a section with AI.
Each plan includes a set number of tokens. A single full section typically costs 5,000–7,000 tokens, and the Basic plan includes 1,000,000 tokens.
7. What happens if my section doesn’t look right?
You can request a refinement by providing more details or using a different image. If you’re still not satisfied, our team can support you via Crisp chat.
8. Can I request a refund?
Because AI tokens are consumed immediately upon generation, refunds are generally not available once tokens are used. However, we’re happy to assist if your section fails to render or has a critical issue.
9. Can I add sections to product pages?
Yes, as long as your Shopify theme supports it. Some themes may require additional setup or app extensions to support custom sections on product pages.
10. Can I use SectionAI with any Shopify theme?
Yes. SectionAI works with all themes that support the Shopify Theme Editor (including Online Store 2.0 themes). You can copy and paste the generated code into any theme file.
11. Do you provide ready-made section templates?
Yes! In addition to AI-generated sections, you can explore our Library for pre-built, high-quality Shopify sections—many of them are free to use.
12. Do you offer an affiliate program?
